The year was 1987. After being in the trailer industry since 1968, my parents took a big chance of opening their own business DO-GO Trailer Service, which stood for Danny & Georgia Osburn. They worked very hard to grow their business, not at trailer repair but at customer service. My father always said "The Customer Comes First." Later in the year I was asked to join the family business to help it grow. Together we grew it into one of the premier shops in Southern California, never forgetting my father's words "The Customer Comes First." Over the years my father taught me all aspects of the business giving me more and more responsibility, eventually running the entire operation, as he enjoyed semi-retirement. Always reminding me that customer service is job #1. Sadly in 2004 shortly after his 56th birthday, we lost this great man to cancer.
The year was 2004. After being in the trailer industry since 1987, I took a big chance of opening my own business Premier Trailer Service with the simple principals of work hard, be honest, have integrity, and "The Customer Comes First." We continue to be one of the Premier maintenance vendors in Southern California, and who knows with my son coming of age there is no telling when "The Customer Comes First" will ever end.
